   Designed a computerized sewing machine with pneumatic cooling device (reducing the probability of needle heating and breakage, making operation smoother and more efficient)

   

2. Optimize the horizontal tube structure

   The distance from the outer edge of the nozzle to the needle is only 46mm, making it easier to feed and more efficient in production

   

3. Optimize needle plate socket

   Extend the feeding groove of the needle board to achieve large needle spacing feeding and higher efficiency

   

Product Function

1. 

   Specially designed front cover plate can be optionally selected, making it more convenient to install the pull tube component

2. 

   Pneumatic type (UTC) can be optionally equipped with Toyama's "Pneumatic Cooling System"
